Tap Into Sydney Water
You should soon find it easier to request water connections, through a new online service.
Sydney Water says Tap In replaces the services offered by Quick Check Agents.
Plumbers, pool companies and developers will be able to access Tap In from a computer, tablet or phone 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
Sydney Water says Tap In is being launched later this year, allowing you to log on and get what you need, when you need it, saving you time and money.
The company says feedback from clients has helped with the design of the Tap In service.
