The clean up after the fires

Not only was there a human toll, but many homes, farms and businesses were destroyed.

As always when disasters like the Tasmanian fires occur, basic services need to be restored in affected areas.

Hundreds of plumbers lent a hand in this early recovery - many of whom were personally affected by the fires.

While the immediate impact has now passed, it will be many months and years before the devastated areas get back to normal.

Plumbers and other tradesmen alike will have their work cut out for them and we salute your efforts.
